Proposed Transmission Loss Adjustment Factors (TLAFs) which have been calculated by the TSOs, based on the approved TLAF methodology (SEM-12-049), for 2023/24 (1st October 2023 to 30th September 2024). The report will provide market participants with information on the anticipated availability of dispatchable generation capacity to meet peak demand each day over the week ahead; the average and lower confidence renewables forecast; and the availability of the East-West Interconnector and the Moyle Interconnector with Great Britain to support trades - should these be required to meet power system requirements when renewable and dispatchable generation are inadequate.
