SONI is Northern Ireland's independent Transmission System Operator (TSO). Customers should note that SONI does not buy or sell electricity, but facilitates the connection of generation and demand customers to the Transmission System.
NIE Networks is the Distribution Network Operator (DNO).
The following document provides information on current connections in Northern Ireland which are connected to the Transmission System operated by SONI or have applied for future connection with us.
In addition the document also provides information on current connections in Northern Ireland which are connected to the Distribution System, have entered a TUoS Agreement with SONI or have applied to SONI for a TUoS Agreement.

Please note that while every effort is made to ensure that the connections included in the connections register is correct at the time of publishing, it is subject to change. Connections less than 5MW are not included.
