At SONI, we take our obligations under data protection law very seriously and we are committed to keeping your personal data private and secure. We respect your right to privacy.  You can request access to the data we hold on you using our “Subject to Access Request” procedure.

 Upon receipt of a “Subject to Access Request”, and in order to validate it, SONI will first verify the identity of the requestor. This will be done through matching of the information completed in the request and the copy of the means of identification provided.  This procedure will help to ensure that any information we hold, is released to that person only.  We may need to contact you to ensure that we have received a request from you, or a person you have nominated on your behalf.  

Please see below a list of acceptable ID and proof of address.

Forms of ID:

  • A valid passport
  • A valid driver’s licence

Proof of address:

  • Utility Bill (dated in the last 6 months)
  • Financial Statements either Bank or Credit Union (dated in the last 6 months)
  • Any document issued by Government Department showing name and address
